Great central location and excellent transport connections: our house is directly located at Bruno Kreisky Park (public hammocks included ;-) just near the U4 station Margaretengürtel and the trams 6&18, close to busline 13A, a 10 minutes walk to Mariahilferstarsse, 15 minutes to both main train stations by tram, walking distance to Naschmarkt, cycle path in front of the house, 6 minutes by underground to the opera. Next door a Spanish food shop plus tapas and great coffee, a nice bakery for breakfast, all supermarkets etc. within walking distance.


Zentrale LAge Lage und super Verkehrsanbindung: unser Haus liegt direkt am Bruno Kreisky Park (Hängematten inklusive ;-) gleich bei der U4 Margaretengürtel und den Strassenbahnen 6&18, Nähe 13a, ein Spaziergang zur Mariahilferstrasse, Naschmarkt etc. , Radweg vor der Tür. Im Nebenhaus ein spanischer Feinkostladen plus Tapas und super Kaffee, eine nette Bäckerei zum Frühstücken, alle Supermärkte etc. in Fussnähe etcetc.

Die WG: Ina, Filmemacherin, Tochter Siranush, 14 Jahre und trotzdem sehr entspannt, die zwei Katzen Tilly und Gobi, unser kleiner Hund Tinkabell, Khan, 28 jahre, arbeitet zu viel, trotzdem fast immer gut gelaunt. Wir sind undogmatisch, halb vegetarisch, feministisch, solidarisch, freundlich und viel unterwegs. Sind keine Putzteufel aber haben es gern in der Wohnung gemütlich und schön. Wir kümmern uns gemeinsam um die Tiere und freuen uns über jemanden, der oder die gern mit tieren lebt und sich ein bisschen mitkümmert.
Wir suchen jemanden verlässlichen und entspannten, der oder die Mitverantwortung für den gemeinsamen Haushalt übernimmt - also auch mal den rauchfangkehrer empfängt, sich um eine reparatur kümmert, verlässlich mitputzt etc, - den altbau schätzt und gut behandelt, und prinzipiell kinder- und tierlieb ist. Wir sind keine "Studi-WG" , leben im Arbeits- und Schulrythmus. Am Wochenende sind wir oft am land und im sommer auch. Ab und zu gäste im Wohnzimmer auf Absprache sollten dich nicht stören, selber kannst du natürlich auch welche reinlegen.
PartnerInnen, Kids, freundInnen sind bei uns willkommen.Wir freuen uns auch über internationalen Zuwachs, gern auch mit Englisch als WG - Sprache. Wenn das putzen nicht klappt, steigen die Kosten um je 50 Euro für alle mitbewohnerInnen für eine monatliche reinigungshilfe.

In this flat live: me, Ina, documentary filmmaker, producer, wilderness educator and scientist, and my daughter Siranush, 14 years old and still very relaxed ;-), nature-loving and funny, the two easy-going cats Tilly and Gobi, our heartbreaker dog Tinkabell ( doesn't yap ;-)), and khan, 28 years old. We take care of the animals together and Look for someone who also likes to help with the animals when needed.
We are eco-socially committed, green, feminist , unconventional, helpful, usually in a good mood, we are not crazy about cleaning but like to have it cosy in the flat, and there are things lying around, but not too many. we are often away at weekends and during holidays, then you have the whole place for yourself, which also means the responsability for it.
We would like someone for our Swallow's Nest who wants to live in a relaxed family atmosphere with mutual support. I. It is important for us that you share responsibility for the common household, means also repairing things, cleaning etc. Your partners, kids and friends are always welcome. We don't care about anyones religion, gender, country of origin etc.

Kosten für Reparaturen in der Wohnung werden geteilt, Putzmittel etc zahlen wir aus einem gemeinsamen Topf.Falls die Energiepreisenoch arg steigen, steigen die Nebenkosten anteilsmässig mit, allerdings sollte das nicht viel sein wg der m2 Anzahl. Im Preis enthalten sind Heizung, Haushaltsversicherung, W-Lan, Südwind Abo, Mitgliedschaft beim Mieterschutzverban etc. .
