Furnished Room with own Bathroom in perfect Location

Du suchst ein gemütliches WG-Zimmer für dein Auslandsemester/Praktikumssemester in einer perfekten Lage? Dann bist du hier wahrscheinlich genau richtig.

Ich bin Nora und ab Januar wird in meiner WG mein helles, vollständig möbliertes Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer ist geräumige 19 Quadratmeter groß und verfügt über ein eigenes Bad und einen kleinen privaten Eingangsbereich mit einem Schuhschrank. Insgesamt hast du dann ca. 29qm für dich alleine.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist unschlagbar. Sie liegt im Zentrum der Stadt auf der größten Einkaufstraße (Mariahilferstraße), deswegen sind alle wichtigen Einrichtungen, Universitäten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel bequem zu erreichen.

In unserer WG findest du eine herzliche, freundliche Atmosphäre und ich muss ehrlich gestehen, es tut mir etwas im Herzen weh ein halbes Jahr wegzugehen. Ich bin mir sicher du wirst dich hier sofort wie zu Hause fühlen. Die Küche (Nespressomaschine, Mixer, Mikrowelle, SodaStream, etc.… ) und die gemeinsamen Räume sind bereits komplett eingerichtet, sodass du dich um nichts weiter kümmern musst.

Meine beiden Mitbewohnerinnen mit denen du wohnen würdest, sind zwei ganz wundervolle Menschen. Die dritte Person wird auch jemand sein der nur ein halbes Jahr bleibt, da unser dritter Mitbewohner Robin auch ins Auslandssemester geht.
Kurz zu den Mädels: Victoria ist über alle Events in Wien informiert und ist begeisterte Kaffeetrinkerin. Ansonsten studiert sie an der WU und kann alle mit ihrer guten Laune mitreißen. Katja ist dagegen ein richtiger Tee-Experte und man trifft sie regelmäßig in der Küche an wenn sie sich ihren 3ten Liter des Tages kocht. Ansonsten studiert Katja an der TU Architektur und sie mag gern Techno, Pflanzen und Reisen.

Das Zimmer ist ab dem 12ten Januar verfügbar und soll bis bis Ende Juni gemietet werden. Ich bin auch sehr flexibel, wenn du gerne noch länger bleiben würdest (Juli/August). Ich fände es cool wenn ein Mädchen in mein Zimmer einzieht, einfach weil ich mir vorstelle, dass das besser passt von der Einrichtung her, aber falls du keines sein solltest dann ist das natürlich kein Ausschlusskriterium!

Are you looking for a cozy room in a shared flat for your semester abroad/internship in a perfect location? Then you've probably come to the right place.

I'm Nora and my bright, fully furnished room in my shared flat will be available from January. The room is spacious 19 square meters and has its own bathroom and a small private entrance area with a shoe cupboard. You will have a total of approx—29 square meters to yourself.

The location of the apartment is unbeatable. It is located in the center of the city on the largest shopping street (Mariahilferstraße), so all important facilities, universities, shopping facilities, and public transport are within easy reach.

In our shared flat you will find a warm, friendly atmosphere and I must honestly admit that it hurts my heart to leave for half a year. I am sure you will immediately feel at home here. The kitchen (Nespresso machine, blender, microwave, SodaStream, etc.... ) and the shared rooms are already fully equipped, so you don't have to worry about anything else.

The two flatmates you would be living with are two wonderful people. The third person will also be someone who will only stay for half a year, as our third flatmate Robin is also going on a semester abroad.
Briefly about the girls: Victoria is informed about all the events in Vienna and is an enthusiastic coffee drinker. Apart from that, she studies at WU and can carry everyone away with her good mood. Katja, on the other hand, is a real tea expert and can regularly be found in the kitchen making her 3rd liter of the day. Besides that, Katja studies architecture at the TU and likes techno, plants, and traveling.

The room is available from January 12th and should be rented until the end of June. I am also very flexible if you would like to stay longer (July/August). I would think it would be cool if a girl moved into my room, simply because I think it would be a better fit in terms of the furnishings, but if you are not a girl then that is of course not an exclusion criterion!
