There are no agent fees to be paid you are directly renting it from the owner.

The 7th district is as they say the seventh heaven district of Vienna. Its only a few minutes away from the first district- the center of Vienna.
Easily accessible with the underground U3 and U6.
And it's a luxury to have a Tram No. 5 station in front of the building.
