We have a beautiful private room available in our fully furnished and serviced co-living apartment called Penthouse I.
🏰The apartment:
The apartment is one of the three Life X apartments making up the entire top floor of this beautiful building overlooking one of Vienna’s largest shopping streets, Mariahilfer Straße. The main shared space is bright and spacious, with an open floor plan connecting the kitchen, dining and living spaces to a gorgeous terrace. Exposed wood beams combined with modern renovation gives this home a uniqueness unlike anywhere else. Hosting five rooms with high ceilings and large windows, a large bathroom with a bathtub and laundry room; Penthouse I is spacious and accommodating for all its members. The corner location of the apartment gives every room that extra feeling of privacy with the mighty room being large enough to provide a professional with some extra room to spread out or a yoga enthusiast plenty of space to rise with the sun.

The room is fully furnished with beautiful Nordic design. It includes everything you need for comfortable living: a big bed of 140X200 (including duvets, pillows and bed linen), a desk with a chair, a big closet (with hangers and shelves), storage units under the bed, laundry basket, lamps, plants and other decorations.
📜Our prices are all inclusive and give you:
