We are looking for a new flatmate for our three-person apartment community. The modern furnished attic apartment is located in the 15th district, next to Mariahilferstraße and the Westbahnhof. Your 12m2 fully furnished room is in top condition and on the 6th floor (elevator is available and working). The living room is connected to a rooftop terrace which has a mesmerizing view over Vienna. It’s a great space for relaxing and spending time together with flatmates. The rest of the apartment is also completely furnished, which means there’s a fully equipped kitchen (2 fridges, dishwasher), washing machine, … and of course WLAN.
Overall rent: 510€
Transfer fee: 650€ (this covers the furniture in your room and the common spaces)
Deposit: 1270€ (1/3 of the total deposit for the flat)
The room is available from 1st of September on.
Your prospective flatmates (Genevieve and Susi) are from the USA and Italy and are 28 years old. When we aren't working full-time, we are busy doing sports seeing friends or relaxing. Otherwise, we also enjoy cooking, baking, watching shows and doing sports. We like spending some time together and don’t want a necessity-based apartment community (Zweck WG), but rather a fun and open atmosphere, in which everyone plays a part. However, your private sphere will of course be respected.
