Hi :) Ich bin Maria, 23 Jahre alt und ursprünglich aus Bayern - ich bin gerade nach einem Jahr im Ausland zurück nach Wien gezogen um meinen Master an der FH St. Pölten zu machen. Und wenn ich nicht grade an der Uni bin, liebe ich es Cafés, Restaurants und Bars in Wien zu erkunden. Für (WG)Partys bin ich eigentlich auch immer zu haben :)

Ich bin selbst erst vor ein paar Tagen in diese Wohnung eingezogen, deswegen sieht alles noch sehr kahl aus :) Aber hier mal eine etwas genauere Beschreibung:

Wenn du in die Wohnung reinkommst ist rechts gleich mein Zimmer und links die Küche. In der Küche gibt es Platz für einen kleinen Esstisch und ein paar Stühle und man hat nachmittags richtig schönes Sonnenlicht dort. Gegenüber von der Eingangstür ist eine separate Toilette und rechts daneben liegt dein Zimmer. Es hat zwei große Fenster, straßenseitig (genau wie meines), aber keine Angst - man hört die Straße fast gar nicht und es ist auch keine stark befahrene Straße! Unsere zwei Zimmer verbindet eine Durchgangstür, die wird aber noch isoliert und beide Zimmer sind separat betretbar.
Links neben der Toilette ist ein Badezimmer mit neuer Badewanne und Waschmaschine. Und neben dem Badezimmer ist noch ein kleines Kabinett, das wir als Gästezimmer oder Kleiderzimmer nutzen könnten.

Für das Zusammenleben fände ich es schön, wenn es keine Zweck-WG wäre. Außerdem ist es mir wichtig, dass Küche und Bad einigermaßen sauber gehalten werden (so gut eben geht). Ansonsten ist jeder herzlich willkommen und ich freue mich dich kennenzulernen! :)

Hi :) I'm Maria, 23 years old and originally from Bavaria - I just moved back to Vienna after a year abroad to do my Master at the FH St. Pölten. And when I'm not at university, I love to explore cafés, restaurants and bars in Vienna. I'm also always up for (WG)parties :)

I moved into this apartment only a few days ago, so everything still looks very bare :) But here is a more detailed description:

When you come into the apartment on the right there is my room and left the kitchen. In the kitchen there is space for a small dining table and a few chairs and you have really nice sunlight in the afternoon. Opposite the entrance door is a separate toilet and to the right is your room. It has two big windows, street-facing (just like mine), but don't worry - you can hardly hear the street and it's not a busy street! Our two rooms are connected by a passage door, but it will be insulated and both rooms can be entered separately.
To the left of the toilet is a bathroom with a new bathtub and washing machine. And next to the bathroom is another small cabinet, which we could use as a guest room or dressing room.

For living together I would like it not to be a functional flat share. It is also important to me that the kitchen and bathroom are kept reasonably clean (as well as possible). Otherwise everyone is welcome and I‘m looking forward to meet you! :)
