Very beautiful flat, with a beautiful kitchen and the highest ceilings.
The flat is located in the middle of the 8th district on Josefstädterstrasse, with tram number two stopping right in front of the door, and bus 13A on the same corner of the building.
The street and area is full of shops and supermarkets. Nice bars and restaurants.
We often cook, have dinners, play cards/darts or watch a film together on the projector. All in all it's a very familial WG, we like to spend time and do a lot of activities together.
The flat consists of 6 separate rooms. Two toilets and one separate bathroom, with bath tub, washing machine and dryer. And a big hallway that serves as living/ dining room.
You would share the flat with Nico and Steffen from Stuttgart, Chris from Berlin, Jonah from Hamburg and Anna from Leipzig.
The room is around 14 m2.
To get to the room one has to go through Nico's room, who is a very chilled person (and often either sleeps at his girlfriends place or works in his bar).
Based on positive experience and in order to keep at least a certain balance within our flat - we would currently prefer a woman.
