FREE FURNISHED ROOM 6TH FlOOR WITH ELEVATOR AND LOGGIA

The room is a total of 470 Euro a month all inclusive (water, gas, heating) and no payment needed for the already furnished Kitchen and furnished room and you are free to use all existing utilities.

Your room would be 15m2 with lots of light and a great view! You would move in with Ronja (working) and Justine (studying). Because it was just recently rennovated the walls are quite thick, the windows prevent noise from outside and you would have a very quiet and peaceful room.

What is included in the apartment? It is freshly renovated with a Loggia, separate WC and Bathroom with a waterfall showerhead. The apartment also has a small storage space for coats, vacuum cleaner and other utilities. We have a Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Rice cooker and a Water boiler etc. We live on the 6th floor and the building has an elevator. We also have a courtyard where one can store Bicycles.

Across the street is a Billa, however we also have Spar, Hofer, DM and Post all in a 5 min walking distance from the apartment. Transportation is close by as well, just a 5 minute walk to Reumannplatz U1 and other various Bus connections including Lines 227, 7A, 66A, N65, N67 and N68. The airport is easily reachable by metro and train (20 min). The Apartment is located in a quiet area that is not very crowded. There is a park 10 min walking distance and other bigger parks just some stations away.

Das Zimmer kostet insgesamt 470 Euro im Monat all inclusive (Wasser, Gas, Heizung) und du musst keine Ablöse für die bereits möblierte Küche und das möblierte Zimmer bezahlen, außerdem kannst du alle vorhandenen Geräte und Utensilien frei nutzen. Die Küche ist reichlich bestückt! :)

Dein Zimmer ist 15m2 groß, hell und grenzt an die Loggia mit tollem Ausblick! Da die Wohnung vor ein paar Jahren frisch renoviert wurde zeichnet sie sich durch lärmschützende Fenster und dicke Wände aus. Du kannst also eine ruhige private Atmosphäre in deinem Zimmer genießen. Deine Mitbewohnerinnen sind Ronja (arbeitet) und Justine (Studentin), Justine zieht jedoch bald aus und ein neue*r Mitbewohner*in erwartet dich.

Was ist in der Wohnung enthalten? Es ist renoviert mit separatem WC und Bad. Die Wohnung hat auch einen kleinen Abstellraum für Mäntel, Staubsauger und andere Utensilien. Wir haben einen Geschirrspüler, eine Waschmaschine, einen Wasserkocher, etc. Wir wohnen im 6. Stock und das Gebäude hat einen Aufzug. Wir haben auch einen Innenhof, wo man Fahrräder abstellen kann.

Auf der anderen Straßenseite ist ein Billa, aber wir haben auch Spar, Hofer, DM, Post alles in einem 5 min Fußweg entfernt. Verkehrsanbindung gibt es ebenfalls in der Nähe, nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Reumannplatz U1 und verschiedene Busverbindungen wie die Linien 227, 7A, 66A, N65, N67 und N68. Der Flughafen ist mit der U-Bahn und dem Zug (20 min) gut zu erreichen und wir wohnen in einer ruhigen Gegend, die nicht sehr überlaufen ist. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es auch ein aktives Zentrum mit einem Gemüsemarkt bei dem man frisches, billiges und regionales Obst und Gemüse kaufen kann.
