~14m2, well located room in vegan household, 15th district + co-use of buildings fitnessroom/sauna

The flat is in a very good location in the 15th district. The 12th and 6th districts are directly next to it.
The tram is a 1-minute walk from the flat. The Westbahnhof railway station can be reached on foot in approx. 10-15 minutes, where the underground lines U3 and U6 are located. Bus lines 56A and 12A are also nearby.
Auer-Welsbach-Park is just around the corner and Schönbrunn Palace is also around 20 minutes away on foot. All kinds of shops, supermarkets, pharmacies and drugstores are within walking distance.

DEUTSCH:
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage im 15. Bezirk. Direkt angrenzend befindet sich der 12. und 6. Bezirk.
Die Straßenbahn fährt 1 Minute Fußweg von der Wohnung weg. Der Westbahnhof ist in ca. 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, wo es dann die U-Bahn Linien U3 und U6 gibt. Die Buslinie 56A und 12A sind auch in der Nähe.
Der Auer-Welsbach-Park liegt gleich um die Ecke und das Schloss Schönbrunn ist auch rund 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Alle möglichen Geschäfte, Supermärkte, Apoteheken und drogerien sind fußläufig erreichbar.

ENGLISH:
You'll be sharing the flat with William. He is a calm, uncomplicated person with whom you can have nice conversations, as he is interested in many things. In his free time, he enjoys doing sports, meeting people or spending a cosy day at home.
His first language is Spanish and he is also busy learning German, which is why he is always interested in language tandems.

About living together:
In general, William has nothing against a purpose-built flat share, but he is also open to occasional shared activities (i.e. there is no 'obligation' to do things together).


DEUTSCH:
Du wirst die Wohnung mit William teilen. Er ist ein ruhiger, unkomplizierter Mensch mit dem man nette Gespräche führen kann, da er vielseitig interessiert ist. In seiner Freizeit macht er gerne Sport, trifft sich mit Leuten oder verbringt auch mal gerne einen gemütlichen Tag zuhause.
Seine Erstsprache ist Spanisch und er ist auch fleißig am Deutsch-lernen, weshalb er immer an Sprach-Tandems interessiert ist.

Über das Zusammenleben:
Grundsätzlich hat William nichts gegen eine Zweck-WG, er ist jedoch auch offen und dabei, wenn sich gelegentlich gemeinsame Aktivitäten ergeben (also das kein 'Zwang' besteht, gemeinsam Dinge zu unternehmen).

The household is vegan, which is why we both would prefer someone as a flatmate who also eats a purely plant-based diet at home. Please bear this in mind in your message and only send us one if this is completely ok for you. To make sure that you have read everything, please use the word broccoli in your message. If the word is missing, it is quite possible that I will not reply to your message.

Also about the flat:
We have a communal washing machine in the basement, which costs €2-3 per wash.
We can use the fitness room in an adjoining building free of charge. There are also 2 sauna cabins that can be used for a small fee.
The rent of 460€ includes everything, but there is the possibility that the rent might get increased with the new year (at least that is what happened last year). If that is the case I'll have to add that to the current prize.

Bei dem Haushalt handelt es sich um einen veganen, weshalb wir uns beide jemanden als Mitbewohner*in wünschen, der/die sich zuhause auch rein pflanzlich ernährt. Bitte beachte das in deiner Anfrage und schicke uns nur eine, wenn das für dich auch vollkommen ok ist. Damit wir auch sichergehen können, dass du alles gelesen hast, bitte ich dich das Wort Broccoli in deiner Nachricht zu verwenden. Fehlt das Wort, kann es durchaus sein, dass ich nicht auf die Nachricht antworten werde.

Außerdem zur Wohnung:
Wir haben eine Gemeinschaftswaschmaschine im Keller, die pro Waschgang 2-3€ kostet.
In einem Nebengebäude können wir kostenlos den Fitnessraum mitverwenden. Darin befinden sich auch 2 Saunakabinen, die für wenig Geld mitbenützt werden können.
In der Miete von 460 € ist alles enthalten, aber es besteht die Möglichkeit, dass die Miete im neuen Jahr erhöht wird (zumindest war das letztes Jahr so). Wenn das der Fall ist, werde ich das zum aktuellen Preis hinzufügen müssen.
