Zimmer in cooler 6er WG

Liebe WG-Suchende,

Das Zimmer ist 9qm groß und voll möbliert. Du kannst also sofort einziehen und musst dich nicht um Möbelpacker kümmern. Obwohl sich 9qm vielleicht klein anhören, habe ich immer genug Platz gehabt.

Insgesamt hat unsere Wohnung circa 100qm und ist hell und modern eingerichtet. Das Highlight ist hierbei sicherlich das große Wohn-/ Esszimmer, wo wir gerne gemeinsam essen, arbeiten, chillen, ArtNights machen etc.
Außerdem gibt es einen voll ausgestattete Küche (inklusive Spülmaschine!), sowie zwei Bäder. Und eine Waschmaschine haben wir natürlich auch.

Lage
Die Wohnung liegt an der Grenze vom 17. zum 9. Bezirk und ist sehr gut an den ÖPNV angebunden. Etwas 5 Gehminuten entfernt liegt die U-Bahn station Alser Straße (U6) und 2 Minuten entfernt ist die nächste Straßenbahnstation.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten
Direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein Interspar und in etwa 3 Gehminuten Entfernungen ein Hofer. Kilometerweites Schleppen ist also nicht nötig :D

Unis
Auch die Unis sind nicht weit von der Wohnung entfernt, vor allem für Medizinstudent*innen oder Studierende an der Hauptuni. Ich selbst studiere an der WU. Diese ist in etwa 30 Minuten zu erreichen, was für Wien eigentlich auch eine normale Wegzeit ist.

Bars, Cafés und Co
Die Barbezirke (6, 7, 8, 9) sind innerhalb von 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar oder in 10-15 Minuten mit den Öffentlichen. Aber keine Sorge, auch im 17. gibt es Bars und Cafés, die noch näher sind und schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen sind.

WG-Leben
Insgesamt leben wir zu 6. in der WG, du wirst also 5 Mitbewohner*innen haben. Die Atmosphäre in der WG ist sehr entspannt und harmonisch. Wir unternehmen auch regelmäßig etwas zusammen oder machen mal einen WG-Abend. In der Prüfungsphase kann es auch schon mal etwas ruhiger werden, da sich jeder aufs Lernen konzentriert, aber dafür gibt es danach wieder die ein oder andere Party.

Max (27) - studiert Biologie und liebt alles was mit Italien zu tun hat
Fabi (22) - studiert Medizin und spielt in seiner Freizeit gerne Football
Rebekka (22) - studiert Medizin, malt gerne, tanzt Salsa und spielt Tennis
Melli(20) - macht eine Fotografie Ausbildung und ist sehr begabt in ihrem Gebiet
Theresa (25) - studiert Wirtschaft und ist super lieb

Sonstiges
- In der Miete von 450€ sind alle Nebenkosten mit inbegriffen (von Strom, Wasser und Heizung bis zum Internet und einer Putzhilfe, die alle 2 Wochen unsere Gemeinflächen putzt)

The Room
Dear future Flatmate!

The room is 9 square meters big and fully furnished. Although 9sq might sounds cozy, it is actually quite comfortable.
In total, the flat has approximately 100sq and modern and nicely furnished. The Highlight is probably the spacious living room, where we hang out together, eat, work, have art night, etc.
Moreover, we have a fully equipped kitchen (including a dish washer) as well as two bathrooms and of course a washing mashine.

Location
The flat is located directly at the border between the 17th and the 9th district. The U-Bahn station Alser Straße (U6) is reachable within 5 minutes by foot. Apart from that we have a tram station basically right outside our building (around 2 minutes walking)

Shopping:
You will find all the necessary shops close by, such as an Interspar right opposite of the building and a Hofer 3 minutes away (for groceries). Also the go-to drugstore dm is only located in about 10 minutes walking distance.

Unis:
In particular, the university for medicine as well as the university of Vienna are quite close. The Vienna scholl of business and economic (WU), is a bit further, but still reachable within 30 minutes by public transportation (which is a pretty normal travel time in Vienna).

Bars, Cafés & Co
The “bar districts” (6, 7, 8, 9) are reachable within 20 minutes by foot or even faster with the public transportation. Also, we have some cute bars and cafés in our neighbourhood.


WG - Life
In total, we are 6 people in the flat, thus you will have 5 roommates. In our flat we have quite a relaxed and harmonious atmosphere. Usually, we regularly do some activities together. During the exam period it is quite likely that it will be rather quiet, since everybody is focused on studying. But of course we reward ourselves with a party afterwards :D

Marina (26) - is originally from Madrid and studies journalism and communications
Fabi (22) - studies medicine and plays football in his free time
Rebekka (22) - studies medicine and enjoys painting, dancing Salsa as well as playing tennis
Meeli(20) - training as a photographer
Theresa(25) - stdies economics

What else?
- The rent of 450€ includes all bills (also Internet and a cleaning aid, coming every other week)
