Zimmer in 2er WG mit 12qm Terrasse und Autostellplatz!

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem freistehenden 5-Parteien Haus 0,5 Gehminuten von der Öffi Station Dornbach (2,10,43,44A,N43) entfernt. in 10min ist man somit an der U-6 oder man fährt mit der 43 bis ins Zentrum oder direkt zum Campus der Uni Wien. Bei der BOKU ist man (wie ich) auch recht schnell in 20min an allen Standorten. In die andere Richtung beginnt gleich der Wienerwald! Viel Grün und Spaziermöglichkeiten, zb der Wanderweg Nr 3. Auch wenn es den Anschein hat dass man ziemlich weit draußen ist, man ist super schnell im Zentrum und hat zugleich das Grün der schönen Wiener Randbezirke. Die Nachbarschaft ist recht schick, freistehende Häuser und Villen mit Gärten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind natürlich zu Fuß erreichbar.

The neighborhood is quite chic, with detached houses and villas with gardens. Shops are of course within walking distance.

"Daheim" ist für mich ein Ort der Ruhe und Erholung. Für die Uni (BOKU) arbeite ich teils daheim teils in der Uni. Da jetzt wieder Präsenzuni ist bin ich wieder öfter dort. Ich finde ein ähnlicher Tagesrhythmus nach gewöhnlichen Arbeitszeiten ist wichtig, damit die Nachtruhe nicht gestört wird (wird natürlich nicht vorausgesetzt, aber hilft). Zur Orientierung: ich stehe um 5:30 auf und gehe um 22:00 Uhr schlafen. Den Morgen und Abend nutze ich generell für Yoga und Meditation. Außerdem fahre ich gerne Rennrad (im Winter indoor), schwimme und kann hoffentlich auch bald wieder Laufen trainieren. Ich koche fast ausschließlich selbst und lege Wert auf (veganes) gesundes Essen, das ich auch gerne teile. Generell bin ich bereit alles in der Küche zu teilen, wenn es sich anbietet. Ich will einen kurzen Überblick über mein Werteprofil geben: Im Hinblick auf das Zusammenleben hat der innere Frieden oberste Priorität. Bedeutet, dass sich alle wohl fühlen sollen mit sich selbst und dem/der anderen. Das kann durch Respekt, Verantwortungsbewusstsein sich selbst, dem/der anderen und der Wohnung gegenüber, erreicht werden. Gewaltfreie Kommunikation und Mitgefühl spielen hier auch eine wichtige Rolle. Wir sind dafür da es zu üben, keiner beherrscht diese Fähigkeiten bereits perfekt.
Ich bin gespannt wen ich kennenlernen werde und wer interessiert ist seinen Wohnraum und Zeit mit mir zu teilen.

This means that everyone should feel comfortable with themselves and with the other. This can be achieved through respect and a sense of responsibility towards yourself, others, and your home. Nonviolent communication and compassion also play an important role here. We are there to practice it, nobody has already mastered these skills perfectly. I am curious who I will get to know and who is interested in sharing their living space and time with me.
