MAIN TENANT WANTED-1YEAR CONTRACT (Min)
Hello!!👋 I'm moving out of our 4 room apartment near AKH and will unfortunately be leaving this beautiful flat share, so one furnished room will become available at the lovely Währinger Gürtel WG.
We are looking for a person to take over the main tenancy (Hauptmieter:in) as well, since I was the main tenant. Therefore proof of salary last three months of yourself or guaranteeing family/friend is required.
The room is 17 m2, with a warm rent of € 375 per month. It's cozy and bright. The room comes furnished with a desk, bed (not pictured), chest of drawers, book shelf and a mattress. The transfer fee (Ablöse) for the furniture is €150. The room is in general available as of 01.10.2023.
The deposit is € 1750. We know, it sounds quite high but we never had issues eith returning the full amount. The warm rent of all rooms includes the full apartment rental costs, water/gas/electricity costs, the insurance costs and WIFI costs. The apartment's kitchen, bathroom, living room and separate toilet are all fully equipped. (See pictures)
Around the corner of the apartment, you will find tram stops 42, 43, 44. The U6 U-Bahn stops Michelbeuern AKH and Alser Straße are just a 3-minute walk away.
The shops Hofer, Billa, Interspar and DM are within a
5-minute walk. Also, the post office and a hairdresser are just on a 5-minute walk away from the WG. The 18th district is really lovely, close to parks, fa markets and many restaurants and bars. Witt minutes you are in the heart of Vienna.
You will share the apartment with Ezgi, Julia and Gabi. Julia has her room on the ground floor of the apartment. She's a German language teacher. Ezgi has the room on the upper floor and is an architect .Gabi is working part time while completing her master's degree, and is a biologist. The WG has always been pretty international and the more languages we hear, the nicer it is!
The task as main tenant is to pay the room rental company monthly rent, paying monthly insurance and WIFI fees and keep the WG a happy place to live. You can take ownership with this beautiful role and the people of the room rental company are only one call away when you would need them.
The dates are somewhat flexible :)
