Helloo:) I will be traveling, so my room will be available for over a month. (The moving date is also adjustable) It's about 20 m^2 large and the sun shines in from early afternoon until evening! There are also lamps embedded in the ceiling as a light source because the entire apartment was completely renovated 2/3 years You will have an access to the loggia, which is used by my roommate Max. Nevertheless, I think it's aesthetically really nice to have another window. Thanks to the concrete walls throughout the apartment, the room is super acoustically isolated from the others, even though that's usually not a problem for us anyway :)
The room is fully equipped, so you will be provided with clean bedsheets and many pillows! The sofa is super cozy and it can be turn into a bed as well. There is also a huge table and external monitor if you need to be productive!
Otherwise there are Anja and Max's rooms, a large kitchen, two loggias (one by Max and one by the kitchen, where our cinema seats are!), the bathrooms (classically separated by toilet and shower), our anteroom and a small one Chamber (extremely practical for all sorts of little things!).
I also love the location of the apartment, less than 10 minutes from Augarten walking. Gym and Boulderbar is 5 minutes away. You can also reach the Danube Island or the canal in the same time by bike! All the important supermarkets (Lidl, Hofer, Billa, Spar, Etsan and many small Turkish and various Asian shops) are right around the corner, especially the Hannovermarkt (perfect for cheap shopping). but also recommended!
The U6 is also only about 5 minutes away as are many tram lines and buses. It only takes 15 minutes to walk to the U4. Also we have a great connection to the main station and Airport.
There are two lovely roommates waiting for you: Max and Anja!
Max (25, he/his) would describe himself as an open, creative and sensitive person and is a big fan of film and everything that goes with it. He is currently training in the field of multimedia and can often be found on sets or on various other creative projects.
He is a big fan of shared apartments! So far, his roommates have always been people from whom he hasn't had to hide, and with whom he has casually shared, between the kitchen and the hallway, what inspires and moves him so much. He would think it would be great if this tradition was preserved and, ideally, friendships developed.
He likes to spend his free time among people, especially in summer on the Danube Island, which fortunately is not too far away. He is also always available for a movie night or something similar.
Anja (23, she/her) is enthusiastic about almost everything. She enjoys going to the theater, art exhibitions and flea markets. She also loves drawing or doing crafts in the evenings with friends or alone. She is studying environmental education and is training to become a garden therapist. She loves her plants very much and is out in nature as soon as everyday life allows :)
They are both very open, funny people! Both want a friendly life together. They like to spend relaxing evenings watching films together (we have build a small cinema as well) or simply sitting together in the kitchen and hope. Of course, everyone can completely adapt to their own needs - everything is possible, nothing is mandatory!
