Are you looking for a place to stay in Vienna? The apartment is located in the beautiful, green and peaceful 19th district, well-connected to the busses 40A, 37A, 10A, S45 and the tram 38. There’s also a night bus located only 5-10 minutes away.
The room is fully furnished, quiet and part of a fully new renovated 100m^2 flat. The apartment consists of a big living room with kitchen, a balcony, a bathroom including a bathtub, shower and toilet and another toilet as well. It`s fully equipped (washing machine, WIFI, kitchen)!
You would be sharing the flat with me. I`m Valerie, 19 years old and currently studying biotechnology at BOKU university. My friends describe me as a happy, optimistic and honest person. One of my priorities is to keep the flat clean and tidy, so that we feel comfortable at home. Till now I was living together with a Spanish Erasmus student, would be cool to live with an International student again.
If you´re looking for a clean, quiet flat where you feel comfortable, you´re definitely at the right place!
