(Teil)Möbliertes, helles 23qm Zimmer in WG mit Hund nahe der U3

Die Wohnung liegt in der Kleingasse im 3. Bezirk. Die nächste U-Bahnstation Schlachthausgasse (U3, 77A, 80A, 18er) ist nur eine Minute Fußweg entfernt, noch näher liegt die Station Baumgasse (18er, 80A). Circa 10-12 Minuten Fußweg entfernt liegt die S-Bahn Station St. Marx (S7 zum Flughafen, 71er). Mit dem 18er kommt man auch direkt zum Hauptbahnhof.

Die Kleingasse ist, wie der Name bereits andeutet, sehr klein und dadurch kaum befahren und sehr ruhig. Vom Verkehr auf der nahegelegenen Schlachthausgasse bekommt man quasi nichts mit, da ein dazwischenliegendes großes Gebäude den meisten Lärm abfängt. Der Prater und der Donaukanal sind schnell erreicht und sind eine tolle Möglichkeit für Outdoor-Aktivitäten.

Ein Penny, Billa und Bipa sind 2-3 Minuten entfernt, der nächste Hofer zu Fuß circa 10 Minuten. Mit der U-Bahn ist man in 10 Minuten im Stadtzentrum. Zur WU sind es 25 Minuten mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und sogar nur 10-15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.

The apartment is located in the Kleingasse in the 3rd district. The closest metro station Schlachthausgasse (U3, 77A, 80A, 18er) can be reached in only one minute, even closer is the station Baumgasse (18er, 80A). In approximately 10-12 minutes by foot you get to the train station St. Marx (S7 to and from the airport, 71er). With the 18er tram you can get directly to the main railway station.

As the name "Klein"Gasse already indicates, the street is very small and thus barely frequented by cars and quiet. The noise of the traffic from the nearby Schlachthausgasse is blocked by a large building inbetween. The Prater Park and the Donaukanal are very close and offer great opportunities for outdoor activities.

The supermarkets Penny, Billa and Bipa are 2-3 minutes away. The next Hofer is 10 minutes by foot. The metro gets you to the city centre in around 10 minutes. To WU it takes around 25 minutes by public transport and only 10-15 minutes by bike.

Prinzipiell werden in Summe 3 Personen in der WG leben, allerdings ist mein derzeitiger Mitbewohner sehr selten zu Hause. Die Wohnsituation wird sich daher eher wie eine 2er WG anfühlen. Zusätzlich zu uns lebt in der Wohnung auch ein sehr liebenswerter Hund namens Rigby, der sich immer über Gesellschaft freut.

Ich bin 24, studiere Socio-Ecological Economics and Policy an der WU und schreibe im Sommersemester meine Masterarbeit. In WGs sitze ich gerne abends bei Wein, Bier oder Tee zusammen zum gemütlichen Quatschen. Ich koche auch recht gerne (und teile gern mein Essen) und begeistere mich für Themen wie Nachhaltigkeit, Umwelt- und Tierschutz, liebe alles was mit China und Japan zu tun hat und spiele gerne Video- und Kartenspiele. Für letzteres lade ich auch gerne Mal ein paar Leute ein. Parties habe ich persönlich noch keine bei mir daheim geschmissen, aber ich habe prinzipiell überhaupt nichts dagegen wenn du etwas veranstalten möchtest :) Ich selbst ernähre mich vegan, aber du kannst natürlich essen und kochen was du möchtest - es wäre nur schön wenn du dabei ein wenig Rücksicht auf mich nimmst und bspw. nicht unbedingt ein ganzes Huhn am Küchentisch liegen lässt.

Rigby (mein Hund) ist 7 Jahre alt und circa so groß wie ein Beagle. Er ist skeptisch Fremden gegenüber, verträgt sich allerdings super mit Menschen, die er kennt, sowie mit Kindern, anderen Hunden, Katzen, Hasen und generell allen Lebewesen. Er bellt und läuft zur Tür, wenn es klingelt und wenn jemand nach Hause kommt, aber ansonsten ist er super ruhig und entspannt. Er mag keine Badezimmer, aber er liebt die Küche, bekommt gerne den Bauch gekrault und ist immer glücklich, wenn er Brösel am Boden findet, die er essen kann. Für Futter macht er so ziemlich jeden Trick, den man sich vorstellen kann.

Alle 2 Wochen kommt eine sehr nette Dame vorbei und putzt die Wohnung für uns, das heißt wir müssen selbst nur Ordnung machen (Geschirr wegräumen, Flächen freimachen) bevor sie kommt und eventuell ein wenig Staubsaugen zwischendurch.

In theory, 3 people will live in the apartment in total. However, my current 2nd flatmate is almost never at home so it will probably feel more like a WG of 2. In addition to us, there is a very lovely dog called Rigby living in the apartment who is always happy to have some company.

I am 24 years old, study Socio-Ecological Economics and Policy at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU) and will write my Master Thesis this summer semester. In a WG, I enjoy having some wine, beer or tea with my roommates in the evening. I also like cooking (and sharing my food) and burn for topics revolving around sustainability, environment and animal protection, I have a passion for China and Japan and like playing (and watching) video games and card games. For the latter, I also like inviting some friends over occasionally. I personally never hosted a big party at my place, but I wouldn't mind if you want to do something like that :) I eat vegan, but you can of course eat and cook whatever you want to - it would just be nice if you show some consideration when doing so and e.g. not necessarily leave an entire chicken lying around on the kitchen table.

Rigby (my dog) is 7 years old and approximately the size of a Beagle. He is sceptical towards strangers, but he is really nice to humans he knows, likes children, other dogs, cats, rabbits and most other species in general. He barks and runs towards the door when someone is ringing the bell or comes home, but apart from that he is super calm and relaxed. He doesn't like bathrooms, but he loves the kitchen, getting his belly rubbed and he is always happy when he finds crumbs on the floor that he can eat. For food he performs pretty much every trick you can imagine.

Every 2nd week a nice lady comes over who cleans the apartment for us. That means all we need to do is tidy up a little before she arrives (put dishes away, empty all surfaces) and vacuum occasionally.
