Wir suchen einE neueN MitbewohnerIn für unsere (dann wieder) Fünfer-WG. Die etwas ausgewohnte Altbauwohnung mit originellem Grundriss und Fenster auf ein begrüntes Dach liegt im dritten Bezirk. Die gemeinsamen Räume sind Küche mit Esstisch (mit Geschirrspüler!), Bad, Klo. Das Zimmer ist 7,5 qm groß und gute drei Meter hoch, es gibt ein französisches Hochbett mit Leiter, Regal und Schreibtisch (eventuell noch tetris-künstlerisch Platz für Minicouch und Kasten). Es ist getrennt begehbar, liegt hellhörig zwischen den gemeinsam benutzten Räumen und hat ein Fenster zum begrünten Dach hinaus (super Sitzmöglichkeit im Sommer).

Mietanteil: 216 Euro warm. Kaution 732 Euro und Ablöse 90 Euro.

Wir wohnen schon seit einem Jahr zusammen und sind mittlerweile befreundet. Zum WG-Leben ist grundsätzlich zu sagen: 1. Wir haben eine Katze. Sie herrscht über uns und wird mit liebevoller Ergebenheit gepflegt. Manchmal hat sie auch einen Vogel. 2. Putzen und Essenseinkäufe teilen wir uns weitgehend vertrauensbasiert und suchen jemanden, der sich das prinzipiell vorstellen kann. 3. Wir sind mehrheitlich mittelgute Möchtegernnichtraucherinnen und zwei echte Nichraucher. Geraucht wird in der Wohnung nicht, ist im zu vergebenden Zimmer aber prinzipiell möglich. 4. Ein gewisser Toleranzspielraum muss in allen Angelegenheiten strikt aufrechterhalten werden

Wir sind alltäglich beschäftigt mit: Masterarbeiten schreiben (Psychologie, Philosophie), Lohnarbeit, gesellschaftlichle-wirtschaftliche Fragen zu explorieren, Musik spielen, Theater spielen, LARP spielen, wandern, acroyogieren, kochen, in Bars sein. Usw.

Tiny room for rent

We are looking for a new flat mate to move in our Altbau-apartment in 1030, which is slightly more shabby than chic, but greener than most other places. Our shared rooms are kitchen (with dishwasher!), bathroom, privy. The room for rent has 7,5 square meters and is higher than wide, it has a built-in loft bed, shelf and desk (and potentially tetris-kinda space for a cupboard and a minicouch). It is sourrounded by the shared rooms and audibly not well isolated from them, but has a window towards the green roof (nice to sit on in summer).

The rent is 216 Euro per month, incl. electricity, gas, and everything. The share in the bailment is 732 Euro, and 90 Euro to contribute to our newly bought washing machine.

We are four people, looking for a fifth, living together for a year now and having become friends. What you should know about us is: 1. We have a cat. We live happily under its rule and care for it with fond humility. 2. We are all German native speakters; English is perfectly welcome. 3. We do cleaning and daily shopping mainly based on trust and are looking for someone who is comfortable with that. We are middle-rate housekeepers and work hard to keep dirtiness stable at an acceptable level. 4. We are, by the majority, moderately effectual wanna be non smokers. Plus two real non smoker. We do not smoke in the flat; in principle its possible in the room for rent. 4. A certain tolerance in all matters must be met at all costs.

Our daily activities include: writing master thesises (psychology, philosophy), wage work, questioning socio-economic interplays, playing music, playing theatre, playing LARP, hiking, acroyoging, cooking, and spending time in bars.
