My name is Son, I'm a Yoga teacher and passionate traveler.
As I'm currently traveling through Asia and as I don't plan coming back to Austria, I'm renting my 26sqm (285 square feet) fully furnished room (non smoking, no pets but very sunny :-) from March/April onward.
I'm looking for someone reliable who would appreciated living in the Heart of Vienna for at least 6 months to 3 years (short term under special conditions).
The 70sqm apartment is divided into 2 same size rooms and located in the 2nd district of Vienna, close to the University of Vienna and next to the famous baroque park AUGARTEN. The second room which is also fully furnished will be available from October onwards.
The rent would be 395 Euro plus 95 Euro for energy, gas, internet, for my room (slight discount for long-term rent possible).

Details about the apartment:
The location of the flat is really great because we live right next to the famous "AUGARTEN" - a wonderful jogging and yoga location and only 5 minutes by walk from the 1'st district/University of Vienna. Public transportation: tram 31 (2 minutes walking distance); subways U4, U2 as well as trams 1 and 2 (station: "Schottenring" or "Taborstrasse"). The late night bus also stops in our street. Next to our house we have a cheap grocery store named "Penny".
The house we’re living in is a typical Viennese "Altbau". The flat is divided into two big rooms and equipped with wooden floorings, very nice gulling doors and a ceiling height of about 3,8 m = 12,5 feet;. It is located on the 2'nd floor and has a total size of 70sqm (753 square feet).
