das Zimmer hat ca. 25 m2 und ist über das Bad mit der Küche begehbar. Die Wohnung hat 61m2 mit Küche, Bad, WC sowie 2 getrennt begehbare Schlafzimmer (eines davon ist belegt).

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers:
Bett (1,40 m), 2x Kommoden, Schreibtisch mit Sessel, Nachttischlampe, Gaderobe, Aquarium, E-Schlagzeug, gemütlicher Schlafcouch, Couchtisch und einer Bücherregal.
(Bettzeug vorhanden – muss nicht mitgebracht werden)

Preis beinhaltet derzeitige Preise für anteilig (Miete, BK, Strom, Gas, Wasser, Internet).

Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Bezirk (Förstergasse) in der Nähe des wunderschönen Augartens sowie dem Donaukanal. Mehrere Nahversorger wie Billa, Bipa, Penny, Hofer div. Ärzte sowie eine Apotheke & Zahnarzt (im Haus) - sind in der näheren Umgebung vorhanden. Die Wohnung liegt im EG. einer Nebenstraße. Pluspunkt: die Wohnung ist für Wiener-Verhältnisse in den heißen Sommertagen angenehm kühl.

Küche mit Gas-Kochstelle, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, GS, WM, Brotbackmaschine, Trockner & Internet (Wifi ).

interns and erasmus people welcome!

Are visiting Vienna need a nice cosy Flat during the Summer? Youre right!

The flat is situated very central. You can reach all the following POI´s in walking distance:
• Publictransport: U2/U4 Station (10min), BUS 5A/B (5min), TRAM 31 (3min)
• Shopping: BILLA/PENNY (5min), HOFER (10min)
• Relaxing Areas: DANUBE-CHANNEL/AUGARTEN (5min), PRATER (15min);
• Universities: WU, Uni-Wien (~15min by Official Transp.), TU (~20min), BOKU (35min);

The flat:
is situated on the ground floor, renovation works in and around the house were just completed, so everything in- and outside the building is now very nice and shiny, the flat measures about 61m2, 2 rooms, one of those will be yours (~25 m2), the room will be fully equipped if you wish (table, lamp, small table, Ikea malm-commode, e-drumset, aquarium and something for your clothes as well ;)

Roomes: toilet, bathroom, and kitchen equipped with gas stove, microwave-oven, bread-maschine, a washing machine & dryer. the rent is <see above> per month all inclusive (gas, hot water, heating, electricity, internet) deposit will be €500 which you get back after leaving. You might have concerns about living in a ground floor apartment, but a big advantage is that it is very cool during the hot summer months and we also have a good use of the street (having a nice glass of wine while sitting in the sil) ;)

My name is Andreas (29), I am working and studying at the University of life sciences BOKU, civil engineering - currently I am finishing my Bachelor’s degree (looking forward fo masters) ;) during the summer I am living in Carinthia (southern Austria) working as a driving instructor, I like to cook and talk, doing fun stuff and to meeting new people, go for a cycling tour, relaxing in one of the parks close by, slacklining, climbing, drinking beer, having a good wine as mentioned, open minded, easy going. I just want to have a good company together!
