Welcome to our flat, we are a group of international students and look for someone new to move in end of Februrary.
I sadly have to go back to Germany, so I offer my spacious and really compfy room.
The room is really nice, especially with the walk-in wardrobe, so you ll have plenty of space for all kind of stuff. I ll leave my bed, matress, desk and some other stuff, so you wont need to bring any furniture and can just move in. ;)
The room is quiet and also the Argentinierstraße isnt busy at all, so you can leave the window open all night and day if you like.
You can also re-arrange the walk-in wardrobe as you like since there are also a lot of bars and hooks to arrange on the mountings on the wall.
All in one its a very nice, comfortable room and the walk-in wardrobe is a big plus to get clothes and other stuff out of the way ;)
The flat itself is quite big for six people with a seperate living room and a balcony to hang out, chill or have a barbeque.
The room costs 450€ all inclusive without any other payments. The deposit is three times the monthly rent so 1350€. We also pay 5€ a month for all kinds of stuff that we need as a shared flat like common ingredients, toilet paper and so on.
The location is just perfect!
The bus line 13A is right at the front door, U1 station Hauptbahnhof/Südtirolerplatz is just 3Min away and the main train station itself is just about 5min away.
Or you can simply walk to Karlsplatz and further on into the city center within 15min! ;)
Otherwise we have a Spar, Billa, Bipa, Hofer, Post office and many more within 5 min around the flat and inside the main train station are many more stores and restaurants.
But the absolute party-piece of the flat is the terasse where we chill and have barbeques in summer and which has a beautiful view over Vienna.

We are an international flat share with people from many different countries and also have another similar flat share on the same floor, so there is always someone around to cook or chat with, have a glass of wine or beer or any other activities.
We often sit together in our living room or the terasse to chat, have a cigarette or just chill together but of course we all need some time on our own every once in a while. :)
So if you are looking for a place to live with a nice and chilled group of people to share some time with and have parties then you just found the right place! ;)
We are looking for someone international preferably in their mid twenties for a long term since that would match best to us.
