I am offering my 16 sqm room located in the 5th district of Vienna, on Spengergasse, for rent during my upcoming vacation. The room comes fully furnished with a comfortable bed, a desk and a cozy sofa. While the wardrobe will remain occupied with my clothes, I can make arrangements to provide some space for your belongings if desired.
The apartment itself is well-equipped with all the amenities you may need during your stay, including a washing machine and a fully functional kitchen. Furthermore, we are fortunate to have a charming courtyard, where you can enjoy sunny days, whether it's reading a book on a comfortable lounger or relaxing with a glass of wine or a beer in the evenings.
The location of the room is absolutely perfect. You'll find two tram lines just steps away from the house, as well as a bus stop that provides direct access to the popular shopping street, Mariahilferstrasse. Additionally, within a short 15-minute walk or two tram stops, you can reach the Pilgramgasse U4 metro station and the Hauptbahnhof U1 metro station.
During your stay, you will be sharing the apartment with four people. My two beloved flatmates, Cay and David, are friendly, easygoing individuals who will make you feel right at home. Additionally, there are two other guests living in the apartment, two students , both of whom are pleasant and accommodating.
I will be away starting from either August 1st or 3rd and plan to return around September 15th. Therefore, I am offering the room for a period of one and a half months. However, if I decide to extend my stay in Greece, we can discuss the possibility of adjusting the rental period accordingly. Rest assured, the minimum duration of the rental will be 1.5 months.
