Halo! Two nice international students (a girl for master's study at WU and a boy for phd's study at BOKU) are going to rent a flat with three bedrooms 【from Oct 2023 to Sep 2024 or from Nov 2023 to Oct 2024】.
They are looking for another roommate, who will enjoy Bedroom 1️⃣.
The furnished flat is near the bus stop and the metro station U1: Kaisermühlen VIC, 5 minutes walking distance away from it. 🚇🚌
It is just in front of the entrance of the Donaupark and the Donau river/CopaBeach. It has a high safety rate, coupling with a serene and picturesque environment.
Billa is downstairs and other supermarkets or pharmacies/ metro station / office buildings/ entertainment places are within 5/10-minutes walking distance.
The rent is €650, excluding water and additional energy costs determined by usage.
Bedroom 1️⃣ is with a walk-in closet and a separate balcony. You could have your plants there~
For your reference: The January 2023 bill, covering the central heating period, totaled €340.90 (tax included) for the flat.
Three of you will split the bills.
The landlord will directly sign the contract with you, enabling address registration and the residence permit.
