My WG needs a new roomie!!
My room is 12m2 with a spacious private bathroom 16m2 (28m2 in total). The cozy room provides a nice space with an open doorway to the bathroom (door can be added back in by preference). The room gets light through the windows both in the room and the bathroom, as well as from the many windows from the rest of the apartment. The second door on the right is an extra storage space, currently our washing machine is there. But not to worry, my lovely roomies always take much consideration in doing laundry at appropriate times.
The community space id extremely spacious, with a lot of room dedicated to our dinner table, three sofas and a fully equipped, open kitchen.
The room will be unfurnished when moving in, but some items are up for sale if wanted.
Ikea desk: 60-
Ikea dresser in bathroom: 80-
The location is truly amazing! Two min to U6 Gumpendorferstr., Bus 57a, and Tram 6/18, as well as 5 min to U4 Margaretenguertel. Besides the great connection to public transportation there is a DM, Lidl, Spar, pharmacy, and more all around the corner. And even with the close connection the the ´Gürtel`, the apartment is extremely quiet and sound isolated.
The WG is a home of four (Eliska, Letitia, Max, and YOU). Although we all have busy schedules, we make sure to find time for WG dinners/breakfast, short and long talks, and work hard on making this a comfortable and welcoming environment for everyone. With the open kitchen/dining room, connected to the big living room, there is enough space to enjoy a lot of time together. To add on to the family feeling in our WG we have a communal fridge, meaning we share all of our food and really enjoy cooking together or for each other.
Letizia(22) is from Italy and a student at Central European University, in her 4th semester. After the summer she will be in Chicago for an exchange semester before returning to the flat. Letizia enjoys bouldering and dancing as well as organizing collage nights with friends.
Eliska(22) is from the Czech Republic and also a student at Central European University, also in her 4th semester. She loves going on hikes and exploring nature and is always working on a new creative project.
Max(21) is from Germany and is ALSO a student at Central European University, in his 2nd semester. He has recently found a passion for baking bread, and if he’s not doing that he is out on a jog or meeting with friends.
P.S. the language of communication is English in our flat!
Write us a small text about yourself and well organize a meet-up to get to know one another and see if the chemistry is there :))
