My flatmate Bernardo and I, Tina are looking for a new flatmate, preferably female, between the age of 25 and 34 for our lovely Flat in the middle of the 7th district! The room is free from the 1st of September and we’re looking for someone to move in with the beginning of the month, it is available for short and long term rent, but say ideally minimum stay would be 6 months.
Contract + Meldezettel would be provided and they’re a must.
I’d be great if you’re up for hanging out in the evenings, having a drink, cooking or maybe going out for walking/hiking!
Also, keeping the flat neat and clean and having open communication is extremely important to us!
Hard facts:
Rent - 430 (all inc)
Deposit - 1300€ (you get it back when you’re moving out)
Fee for the furnished room - 200€ (you get that back as well when you move out)
Location - middle of the 7th district (Neubau), endless public transportation options (ubahn, tram, bus), everything in the walking distance (Mariahilferstraße, pharmacies, supermarkets, banks, coffee shops, restaurants).
