Hey everybody,
I’m searching for a flatmate who wants to share my 3.5 room apartment with me.
The flat is located in Bärenbohlstrasse, Zurich and surrounded by nature. This offers lots of leisure options as – for example – biking, jogging or swimming (a small lake (Katzensee) is situated nearby). Although the flat is situated in the country, the city center can be reached within 20min by regional trains. The train station Zurich-Affoltern as well as several shopping opportunities are reachable on foot within a few minutes. In addition the flat is close to the ETH Zurich Campus “Science City” (25min on foot, 10min by bike, 15min bus).
The room to rent has about 14m2 and is furnished. The other rooms (kitchen, living room, bathroom, balcony) are common area, freshly renovated and newly furnished in a modern way. WLAN, TV, dishwasher and washing machine are provided.
My future flat mate should have the wish to participate in the household tasks and is expected to take care of rooms and furniture according to their status of being new. Pets are generally not allowed in the flat (order from the landlords). Smoking is possible on the balcony.

About myself: I’m a 31 year old widely traveled and social guy who is working on his Ph.D. at ETH Zurich. Because of the fact that I was born in Austria my mother-tongue is German. I’m interested in sports (mountaineering, climbing, skiing, jogging, biking, swimming), arts, politics and economics and I’m looking forward to get to know you better!
