Looking for new flatmate for our 4.5-room Penthouse apartment with two floors plus rooftop terrace.
This spacious room (30 m2) is located at the southeast corner of the top floor facing Lake Zurich and the Alps, with views of Fountain/Opera House, Uetliberg, Dolder Grand Hotel and Prime Tower (if you stretch). Built in 1902, the room boasts historic charm, hardwood floors (“ohne Versatz - Parallelverband” pattern) and wooden beams. Six openable windows (with individual remote-controlled exterior blinds) make the room bright and breezy throughout the day. There are two sets of ceiling spotlights (total of seven) that can be dimmed and three adjustable radiators. Room storage includes two sets of extra-deep height-adjustable shelves (1.6 m x 55 cm); two large wardrobes (2.5 m x 55 cm) and a hidden attic for suitcases etc. There is additional storage in the common cupboards and basement.
Common area (75 m2) includes dining and living rooms, kitchen, balcony with awning, guest bedroom with fireplace and bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, two fridges with freezer compartments and convection oven. There are two bathrooms - one with shower and one with a shower, bathtub and two sinks - plus one WC. One can enjoy the view of the city skyline, Alps and Dolderberg from our expansive roof terrace (50 m2) perfect for barbeques, gardening and sunning.
