I have one free room (ca.13 m2) to subrent in 3.5 room apartment from now.
The flat is on the last 4th floor (with lift) with a quite big very sunny balcony (ca.10 m2) and living room to share.
The flat and your room are very sunny.
The flat is located in center of Oerlikon but in a quite part - just 5 minutes from Oerlikon train station, 2 minutes from bus/tram stop Oerlikon Sternen.
The price is 1000 CHF/month everything included (like internet, electicity, SERAFE). We will need to schedule regular cleaning duties between ourselves but I am
open to discuss cleaning service in the future if this will be required.
Laundry facilities in a basement to share with other apartments without additional fees(there is a schedule), velo parking inside,
new dishwasher and fridge.
You will be sharing the flat with me - Kasia (28, F) from Poland. I moved to Switzerland this year to work in IT in insurance company (right now on home office though).
Every weekend I trz to explore the beauty of Switzerland (hiking, skiing, day trips). I speak English, German, Italian and Polish so we will find
common language for sure :) My boyfriend who lives in Poland is going to visit me on regular basis for week or two and I will be traveling a lot so you will have regularly the flat to yourself.
I am looking for a person that enjoys company and is up to a glass of wine or outdoor activities together from time to time. If you want to invite a friend for a few nights I am super fine with that too.
I recently moved to this flat so I am still planning of decorating it more.
Furniture you see on the photo in the room can stay in the room if wanted.
