We are looking for a 2+ rooms apartment fully furnished or has its kitchen fitted at least. And should be within the MVV zone to allow us easy transportation access.

We have a blocked account of over €20.000 Euros combined with “Sutor bank” in Germany.

We also have a digital marketing business operating in Dubai-UAE which continue to provide us excess of additional monthly income.



- Rent Deposit Guarantee and liability insurance:

We have a “Rent deposit guarantee - insurance” from Fintiba, Which we can share with you to cover the initial deposit required for this rental.

We can also provide additional “liability insurance” to cover any future breakages “if required”. This liability insurance covers;

1. Personal or object related damages up to € 5 Mio.
2. Protection against loss of your keys,
3. Covers damages to your apartment
4. Protection against unjustified claims.
