The flat is at the junction point of Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg. 8 min walks to Ostkreuz Sbahn station, 4 min walks to the bus station. The area is Berlin's most alive district full of all manner of bars, cafes, second-hand stores, galleries, markets, clubs, restaurants, and art spaces.
The space:
It's a non-smoking, 2nd-floor flat with a high ceiling and wooden floor. Minimal, peaceful, and comfortable flat.
It has a fully equipped kitchen, living+sleeping room, and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine.
You can find all facilities that you need in a flat.
In the flat, you have enough space for up to max 2 people.
Guest access:
Living/sleeping area, kitchen, bathroom, backyard.

It's my own flat so I'm looking for someone who is really tidy, clean, respectful and who will take care of the property as if it's their own place =)
