2-Zimmer Wohnung am Tempelhofer Feld, Neukölln / 2-room apartment across from Tempelhofer Feld, Neukölln

Ich vermiete meine schöne, möblierte 2-Zimmer Wohnung weil ich für einige Monate ins Ausland gehe.
Es gibt ein Wohnzimmer, ein Schlafzimmer, eine Küche, einen Flur (mit Platz für ein Fahrrad) und ein Badezimmer.

Wohnzimmer:
Gemütliches Sofa, Smart-TV, Schreibtisch, Sessel, genügend Platz für eine Yogamatte auf dem Boden
Schlafzimmer:
Großes Doppelbett (1,80m breit), Kommode für Kleidung, Bücherregal
Badezimmer:
kleine Badewanne, Waschmaschine
Küche:
Gasherd, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank inkl. Gefrierschrank, Sodastream

Es gibt Platz für Fahrräder im Innenhof, die Wohnung hat Sicht auf das Tempelhofer Feld. Keine lauten Nachbar*innen, im Haus sind alle sehr nett.

Wichtig: Ich lebe hier normalerweise mit meinem Kater - in der Wohnung werden sich also Tierhaare finden, außerdem lasse ich eventuell den Kratzbaum im Wohnzimmer.
Die Wohnung ist mein Zuhause, und da ich nur für ein paar Monate weg bin, werde ich viele persönliche Dinge hier lassen, u.A. meine Bücher, Dinge wie Handtücher und andere Dinge.

I will sublet my beautiful furnished 2 room apartment while I'll be staying abroad for a few months.
There is a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen, a hallway (with space for a bike) and a bathroom.

Living room:
Comfortable sofa, smart TV, desk, armchair, enough space for a yoga mat on the floor.
Bedroom:
Large double bed (1.80m wide), dresser for clothes, bookshelf.
Bathroom:
Small bathtub, washing machine
Kitchen:
Gas stove, dishwasher, fridge incl. freezer, sodastream.

There is space for bicycles in the courtyard, the apartment has a view of Tempelhofer Feld. No noisy neighbors, everyone in the house is very nice.
Important: I usually live here with my cat - so there will be animal hair in the apartment, and I might be leaving the cat tree in the living room.
This is my home and since I'll only be away for a few months, I will leave a lot of personal items here, including my books, towels, other things.
