Looking for ONLY ONE tenant for a part-furnished, bright, newly renovated, very central two-room apartment in a quiet side street at Südkreuz train station, in the middle of Berlin, in the so-called Aviator District. The huge, very popular Tempelhofer Park (formerly Tempelhofer Flughafen) is within walking distance. Kreuzberg and Kreuzberg's trendy districts such as Bergmannstrasse are on one side of the historically grown residential area, on the other side, connected by a park, is Schöneberg Island with the well-known gasometer.
It is a two-room apartment with a separate entrance. All together with the possibility to put your laundry into a privat room of us or the balcony and the possibility to put some stuff in a separate room, it is all together ca. 40 m2 you can use.
A high-quality parcel floor is available throughout the apartment. The bathroom is constructed of natural stone and has a walk-in shower line. A new kitchenette is integrated in the large, bright hallway. The bedroom is furnished with a single bed or you bring your own. The larger of the two rooms is separated from the rest of the apartment by a glass door (which is only used a few times a year by the landlord) and thus lets light from both sides into the living room / study. So you have a nice view of the clinker wall. Of course you can also hang this door.
All rooms are partly furnished in a vintage style, partly in a modern style. A large wooden desk with carving goes well with the box windows and wooden doors. Some new high standard Built in Closets are specially builded for the flat and will be painted until you move in. There is one example already painted in white from an other flat.
A washing machine can be used. A large, private, park-like garden (20 000 m2) is behind the house and invites you to sunbathe and barbeque. A basement and also an attic can be shared. A roofed bike rack also belongs to the house.
In the rent there will be already the costs of furniture, costs of the house, like rubbish, insurance, water, GEZ (TV, Radiofee), fast WLan, Insurance against getting stolen something in the appartement,washing laundry etc.
Cost for Electricity and Gas go separate and depend how much you use. You can also get pillows, towels etc. for free.
Direct walking distance to Südkreuz station, in the middle of Berlin, but still very quiet and green.
Good shopping opportunities, 5 minutes on foot to the S-Bahn and Südkreuz train station. Ikea can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. Tidy, solvent students, interns, language students or professionals are welcome, even from abroad.
We assume that you have private liability insurance, a Schufa (jetzt beantragen) statement, a guarantee or proof of work. The apartment is very suitable for students or professionals who want to live centrally, want to study in peace, but still want to sleep well and at night.
