Currently living in beautiful Prenzlauer Berg but my sublet is coming to an end soon. I am looking for a sanctuary in the city - 2 - 3 room apartment. Ideally with high ceilings and a bathtub <3

I'm 31, Irish though I've lived in various cities and rented many times. I am considerate, open, kind, conscious and respectful.

🌱I'm looking for a beautiful sublet that fills me with joy. Space is important to me, I appreciate bright spaces and will take very good care of your plants and furniture etc.

🎥 I've been in Berlin since June, finish a film course in early September and will be working remotely.

🏠 I am searching for a sublet from October (move in date is flexible). Minimum 4 months but I am open to a longer term situation. I would *love* if the apartment had: high ceilings, a balcony, bright, living room/dining room and/ or a large bedroom, relatively quiet. Speakers / record player and bathtub a big plus. 🛀

🤍My home is a sanctuary so something serene and beautiful. I will take very good care of your space. I am sometimes social and enjoy dinners & gigs a couple of times a month but mostly love my quiet solo time reading, writing, studying, yoga etc.

🔮 I study hypnosis and and I'll be getting my (online) business off the ground.

I enjoy connecting with like minded, soulful people over food, music, long conversations.
