Seeking Flat for 1 to 1.5 months starting now

We are a couple from New York City, USA. We are currently in a flat in Neukölln and the owner's good friend is moving back soon, so we have to move out. He likes us and is a good man, so he is being flexible with the date. We have between now and 15 October to move, but the sooner the better. We are looking for a place until 8-15 November.

To tell you a little about us, I own a few properties that I rent in the New York area, and my fiancee is a fashion designer for private clients. We are very neat and will take very good care of your apartment. Can you please send photos, tell us the location, how many flights of stairs up it is, and whether WiFi wireless internet is included?
