Hallo, mein Deutsch ist nicht sehr gut also schreibe ich auf englisch.
I am an American, early 50s, looking for a longterm apartment in Prenzlauer Berg or Mitte. I have a U.S. based company and can show financial information for that but have lived in Berlin for a year and a half, renting an apartment in Mitte. As I am a landlord of two rental properties in the U.S., I know how important it is to take great care of your apartment and pay on time.
I live alone and am very quiet--no loud music, parties, pets. Noise is the main reason I want to move from my current flat. I also have Schufa (jetzt beantragen) and Mietschuldenfrei. Maximum rent is 950€.
