reliable tenant looking for a new home in berlin

Hello!
Due to my work I travel a lot and last year I've been working on my projects in Madrid, Miami, Cyprus and Moscow. Now I come to Berlin because I was invited to work on new project here. Regarding its schedule I am going to stay in Berlin at least for 1 year or even more. Thus I am looking for long/short term apartment for myself and would like to ask you to consider me as a tenant. I am already in Berlin, so I can move anytime.
I would like to find studio or 1 bed flat, furnished/partly furnished.
Preferable neighborhoods are neukölln, kreuzberg, friedrichshain, mitte, prenzlauer berg, wedding, moabit.
I can pay 600-700euro per month warm.
As experienced traveller I got use to be a good tenant. Once I have two source of income, one - from my freelance in advertising and another from music/art, I always pay on time. You can be sure I will take care of temporary house the same way as if it was my permanent home. I'm 32, so big home party is already not my cup of tea. I don't smoke, don't take drugs. And no pets, for it is just impossible with my lifestyle. Most of the time I am busy with my work, and when I am free I prefer to go out with my friends for dinner/coffee or to read a book. So you definitely may consider me as a reliable tenant.
