Looking for:
- A studio or 1.5 Zimmer apartment close to Alexanderplatz (not further away than 30 min by public transport)
- No broker fees or other hidden fees
- Furnished
About me:
- 24 years old
- Currently a project manager at Cushman & Wakefield
- Quiet person
- Do not watch TV (except on the computer, with headphones) or listen to loud music
- Will be a full-time Master student for two years at ESMT
- Very punctual; will always pay rent on time or even earlier
- I sleep at reasonable hours (will not be up at 4 in the morning making noise and annoying neighbors)
Additional Information:
- Not able to provide SCHUFA (jetzt beantragen) immediately, as I've never lived in Berlin. I am able to pay up to 3 months rent ahead of time until I can get settled in Berlin and receive all required documents necessary for rental process.
