Relaxed couple looking for a flat in Kreuzberg for August/September onwards.

Hi there,

Our names are Sean Whitty and Cecilia Robinson, we create this request on WG for a flat from September 2018 onwards in our current locality of Kreuzberg which suits us very well, and a place we call home. We are currently living along the Landwehr Canal.

, and well connected to work for the both of us (Cecilia is working at Schlesisches Tor, and myself in Schoneburg by bicycle or u7).

Our contract finishes in our current apartment on September 1st. If you would like to get to know us a little better we are very close by and always happy to meet up and build up a familiarity.

Any rent up to 1,000 euro is payable for us, and we would consider this a soft maximum. We are both working full-time here in Berlin so we are financially stable´, settled and confident in our living situation and making the monthly rent payments, along with the reasonable kaution fee.

Possible extra documents like SCHUFA (jetzt beantragen) , landlord references and payslips can also be provided on request.

So now with that taken care of we can tell you a little about ourselves:

I (Sean) am 26 years of age and trained as a writer and researcher in Dublin, I'm currently working in Berlin as an administrator and social media manager. I came to Berlin many times before settling to explore the art and music culture. I along with Cecilia moved here to Berlin just over 1 year ago to further opportunities in work and to explore my other creative activities and ideas. I would consider myself a morning person, I like to rise early, spending my time well walking in the park and hiking, with lots of space to think, peaceful!

Peace and quiet is good for Cecilia too, as she is currently working a busy customer service office in the centre of Berlin, She is here to Berlin to expand on her projects and studies as a writer, her hobbies would include reading and photography. We are hardworking people, but at the end of the day we like to relax and Berlin is a relaxed place to enjoy a quiet but colourful pace of life. Together our interests include, art, nature, walking, music and films.
