Dear renters -- I am searching for a flat with at least 40 m2 and separate kitchen.
I'm a full time designer working for a company called JUNIQE (www.juniqe.de). As well, I am an artist, a painter and am looking to be able to have some space to work on some paintings at home. Check out my IG @jillidarlingart.
What I'm looking for:
- 40 m2 +
- Neukölln, Kreuzberg, Kreuz-kölln, Treptow
- Floor 2 or higher (preferably Floor 4)
- Balcony (preferred)
- Alt-bau
- unfurnished
- max 670€ warm
