Hello,
I am a data scientist working in a company in Berlin on a Blue Card (Blaue Karte). My wife and I are looking for a fully furnished apartment for 6 months to 1 year, with an all inclusive rent of around 1000 Euros a month.
We have no pets, do not smoke, and do not intend to have parties at home.
Required:
Double Bed
Equipped kitchen
Washing machine
Additional Sofa bed (for guests)
Elevator if on a higher floor
Nice to Have:
Television
High speed internet
We would require to register so documents for Anmeldung will be required.
If required, I can provide my salary document, Schufa (jetzt beantragen) , and rent freedom certificate.
