Swedish student looking for long(er)-term flat

Hi!

I'm Tobias (Friends call me Tobi!), 25 year old Media Management student and freelancing game- and app developer for Virtual Reality headsets.
I have spent a semester abroad and now returning to Berlin, which is why I'm on the lookout for an apartment to rent.
I previously rented a sublet apartment in Prenzlauer Berg from a person working abroad for a year, and needed someone to take care of her place and fluffy little cat. So I have a great reference if you wish to feel a bit more at ease! :-) A big plus from my end would be to find a place near Prenzlauer Berg again, but I'm happy anywhere.

In the past I've lived in WG when I studied in Tokyo and worked in London; So I'm used to the shared environment and importance of being mindful of others space, as well as making sure everything is clean and presentable. This applies just as much when I live by myself as I am a strong believer in the saying "Clean home, clear mind".
