Looking for 2 bedroom apartment in lively neighbourhood

Looking for a peaceful home with 2 bedroom in a lively neighbourhood. We're flexible with the location (as long as it's fairly central and close to transport). Move in possible from 1st of April, we're looking for +/- 6 months contract, we'd consider extension if it's possible.

Flat should be furnished, with 2 separate bedrooms, ideally also with living room or studio kitchen.

We (me and Markus - he's 28 years old publisher from Austria) currently live in a shared flat and are looking for more peaceful living conditions. We have moved to Berlin several months ago for my new job. I work in IT.

About us as a tenant: We are calm, respectful people and are simply looking for a long-term home. Neither of us smoke, we have no pets, we do not use drugs and we are beyond our party times.

We also offer to pay the rent few months in advance upon agreement.

Price range is +/- 1300 Euros, might go up in case of a great offer.
