My best friend, Inés, and I, Mariana, are looking to rent a two or three bedroom apartment in Schöneberg, Wilmersdorf, Charlottenburg, Steglitz, Friedenau and around those areas. We want to start a WG, preferably without furniture. We are both responsible students, we are not looking to start a Party WG, we are respectful and quiet people.
We have all the paperwork necessary such as the SCHUFA (jetzt beantragen) , Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung and Bürgschaft. We are both german citizens and we speak German, English and Spanish. Please let us know of any flat that you might have available.
We can pay a maximum of 1000€ Kaltmiete.
