1 Couple and a Friend Looking for a 2 Bedroom Flat

Hello! My partner and I + a friend are looking for a 2 bedroom flat to sublet from around October 1 until the end of November / early December. (We are slightly flexible on dates) Our ages range from 24-28. Ideally the flat is no less than 80m2. We cannot pay more than 1200 a month, but would prefer that it's less! We are all employed but working remotely at the moment, so would need a good wifi connection! We are very responsible tenants and are not party people and prefer to chill at home, so socializing would be more common outside of the flat for us. Also, not sure if this is useful information, but outside of our jobs we are artists and one of us is a dancer :) Please let me know if you have anything that could work, thanks for reading!
