ab 1.02.: Suche Wohnung / WG-Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete

Hallo zusammen,

mein Name ist Uli, ich bin 26 Jahre alt und habe kurzfristig eine Zusage für ein Praktikum in Berlin erhalten. Daher suche ich relativ dringend - ab 01.02. - eine 1- bzw. 2-Zimmer-Wohnung oder ein WG-Zimmer zur Untermiete bis mind. Ende April. Eine Bürgschaft oder die Hinterlegung einer entsprechenden Kaution ist natürlich kein Problem! Gerne zahle ich auch die 3 Monate im Voraus.

Ich bin mir bewusst, dass der Mietzeitraum relativ kurz ist, dennoch würde ich mich riesig freuen für diese Zeit euer Mieter/Mitbewohner zu sein - ihr werdet es nicht bereuen! Ich selbst bin sehr ordentlich bzw. sauber und habe mein halbes Leben mit Schwimmen/Radfahren/Laufen verbracht. Ich bin immer für einen guten Kaffee oder Vino zu haben und freue mich über jeden Tipp bzw. Hinweis. Für eine persönliche Vorstellung komme ich natürlich gerne vorbei - Skype, Zoom, FaceTime oder einfach nur Telefon funktionieren natürlich genauso.

Hello everybody,

My name is Uli, I am 26 years old and have been accepted for an internship in Berlin at short notice. Therefore, I am urgently looking for a 1-/2-room flat or a room in a shared flat to rent until at least the end of April. Of course, a guarantee or an appropriate deposit is no problem! I am also willing to pay the 3 months in advance.

I am aware that the rental period is relatively short, but I would be very happy to be your tenant/roommate for this time - you won't regret it! I am very tidy/clean and have spent half of my life with swimming/cycling/running. I'm always up for a good coffee or wine and welcome any tips or advice. For a personal introduction, I'd be happy to come by - Skype, Zoom, FaceTime or just phone work just as well, of course.
