YOUNG EXECUTIVES ARE LOOKING FOR AN APARTMENT TO RENT OR SUBLET FROM SEPTEMBER

Hallo !
We are Sophia (32) and Alejandro (29), a young Franco-Spanish couple, childless, non-smoker, animal-free, working respectively, me in building engineering and he in injury prevention counseling.
Our French employers (we currently live in Paris) having authorized 100% remote work (home-office), and our professional responsibilities allowing us to do so, we are taking the opportunity to work from Berlin.
We are a calm couple, rather homey and very respectful.
Sport and nature lovers, we love to run in the early morning in parks and woods.
We are looking for a rental or sublet for an unlimited period from September-October 2021.
A furnished apartment (2 zimmer), quiet and bright, near a metro station (we do not drive) in the districts of: Mitte, Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain, Kreuzberg and Prenzlauer Berg.
Minimum 45m², with fitted kitchen and washing machine.
As we will work from home, we will need 2 very distinct spaces so as not to disturb each other: 1 bedroom and 1 living room, large enough so that we can settle our respective offices there.
Our maximum budget: 950 € including charges (water, heating, electricity and Wi-Fi).
We can provide you with our last 3 payslips, as well as an extract from our bank accounts.
A guarantee of 4 months in advance can be provided.
