Couple looking for a long term apartment 2 rooms. We are both professionals, working in biomechanics research and architecture.

Hello. We are Caro and Alberto, both engineers from Costa Rica. We are looking for a 2-rooms flat for both of us in Berlin, ideally in Spandau, Mitte or nearby areas. In my case (Alberto), I work in biomechanical research at Hamburg University (remote most of the time), and also doing my PhD in Potsdam. Caro works in architecture and is pursuing her second bachelor's in that field. Moreover, we have a small business in Costa Rica.

We need a long-term apartment, we know it's not easy to find, but we are very good tenants, responsible, and nice people. Hopefully, you can help us with a great option.
