On the hunt for a charming place to call "home" in Berlin

Hi dear people,



I’m Alexandre, and just like so many others, I’m on the hunt for a charming place to call ‘home’ in Berlin.



A bit about myself — I was born and raised in Montreal, Canada where I graduated in Marketing and international affairs 4 years ago.

 Since then, I've been working full-time in advertising agencies and other companies in the sales and marketing department. I just started a job in a tech startup specialized in artificial intelligence and robotics in Berlin. I've been living in London for the past year and I am looking forward to move to Germany!

Needless to say, I work long hours during the week but enjoy a weekend out of town with friends doing sports that I love like surfing, rock climbing, skiing and so on!

Like too many other Berliners, I dream of a furnished, bright flat with high ceilings and stucco on top of it, but hey, I'm also aware that life is not a wish granting factory.

This being said I'm looking for a flat from June, July or August but there’s always a way to push things around for the right flat. The reason why I'm so flexible is because I'm aware that fining a good flat in Berlin is not an easy task. I will be staying in my friend's spare room until I find the perfect match.
