Long-term 2 Zimmer Wohnung for 1 Person

ich lerne Deutsch aber diese nachricht könnte zu kompliziert sein, so schreibe ich auf Englisch :)

Some info about me:

OCCUPATION: Freelance UX Designer, (home office often)
LANGUAGES: English, basic German
AGE: 29
PRONOUNS: They/them
GENDER IDENTITY: Non-binary
MOVE-IN: 1. Feb 2023 onwards (flexible)

I currently live on Maybachufer close to Hobrechtbrücke and would love to stay in the area or within a radius of 2km. In my current situation I am lacking space and sunlight. I'd really like to find myself a long-term flat to make my home and call it my own :)

I'm a UX designer by profession and I explore set design and acting in film. I work from home often and need the space for that so studio apartments tend to feel too cramped to me. A 2 or 2.5 room apartment with a bedroom would work well and Altbau Hugh ceilings would be ideal !! (Of course haha)

I am also open to apartments that are available form 15. Feb or 1. March and so on.

I'm calm, clean and reliable and you can count on me to respect the apartment. I like to meet and greet the neighbours on occasion and appreciate diversity.
