Möblierte Wohnung gesucht für April/Mai bis Juli :)

Wir sind Ariane (23) und Yannic (28) und suchen ab dem 15.04. bis zum 31.07. eine möblierte 2-Zimmer-Wohnung oder größer. Die Ein- und Auszugsdaten sind flexibel, allerdings sollte der Zeitraum schon grob hinkommen (± ca. halber Monat). In dem Zeitraum mache ich (Ariane) ein Praktikum im Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement eines Unternehmens, da ich mich vor meinem Masterstudium nochmal neu orientieren möchte. Yannic hat gerade seinen Master in Architektur beendet und möchte sich die kommenden Monate Zeit für sein Portfolio nehmen.
Da es vorkommen könnte, dass ich auch mal im Homeoffice arbeite, ist es uns wichtig, dass Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer getrennt voneinander sind. Ein Balkon ist natürlich absolut kein Muss, wäre aber toll!
Eigentlich sollte es selbstverständlich sein, aber natürlich gehen wir sorgfältig mit den Möbeln um, halten die Wohnung sauber und kümmern uns um deine/eure Pflanzen, solltet ihr welche geben. Wir rauchen beide nicht.
Zum Thema Lautstärke: grundsätzlich sind wir keine laute Personen und würden in der Wohnung selbstverständlich keine Partys feiern, da es ja nicht unsere ist. Besuche von Freund*innen würden aber mit Sicherheit mal vorkommen. Ich koche viel und gerne, wir machen uns gerne mal Musik an und Yannic würde vielleicht mal ein Home Workout machen (alles aber zu normalen Uhrzeiten) - sowas sollte also vom Geräuschpegel für Nachbar*innen okay sein.
Eine Anmeldung ist nicht zwingend notwendig, allerdings wäre es mir lieb, alles Wichtige in einem Untermietvertrag festzuhalten. Falls notwendig, kann ich einen Gehaltsnachweis von mir oder eine Bürgschaft vorlegen. Da der Zeitraum so kurz ist, würde ich es gerne vermeiden, extra dafür eine Schufaauskunft zu beantragen.

We (Ariane (23) and Yannic (28)) are looking for a furnished flat with a minimum of 2 rooms from April 15 to July 31. The dates for moving in and out are flexible, but the period should fit more or less (± half a month). During this period, I (Ariane) will be doing an internship in sustainability management at a company, as I would like to reorient myself before starting my Master's degree. Yannic has just finished his Master's degree in architecture and wants to spend the next few months working on his portfolio.
Since it could happen that I also work remote at home sometimes, it is important to us that the bedroom and living room are separate from each other. A balcony would be amazing, but is certainly not necessary.
Actually, it shouldn’t be necessary to mention, but of course we'll be careful with the furniture, keep the flat clean and take care of your plants, in case you have any. We both don't smoke.
Regarding the noise level: We are not loud people and would of course not have any parties in the flat, as it is not ours. However, visits from friends would certainly happen from time to time. I like to cook a lot, we like to put on music and Yannic might do a home workout (but all at normal times) - so the noise level should be okay for the neighbours.
Registration isn’t a must, but I would like to have everything important written down in a subtenancy agreement. If necessary, I can provide proof of my salary or a surety. Since the period of time is so short, I would like to avoid buying a confidential information on a person's credit rating especially for this purpose.
