Looking for a flat in Berlin-Lichtenberg for a long-term

Hello everyone!

We are Liudmila and Ruben, a late 20s engaged couple with stable jobs, with no kids and pets and we are looking for a new flat.

Liudmila is from Russia, got a master degree in International economics in Bayern and works as an internal auditor at a well-known Japanese tech-company in Berlin. Ruben is from the North part of Germany, he holds a permanent governmental official position (Beamter).

Our current Berlin flat is extremely cozy and beautiful but has a big disadvantage for us: it’s quite small for people having a home office. That’s why we are looking for a new apartment!

What we are looking for:
Contract: Long-term contract with Anmeldung possible. No subletting.
Property: Min 60m2 in renovated altbau/neubau, 2-3 rooms.
Location: Lichtenberg (Weiltingkiez, Rummelsburg) is preferable, but Friedrichshain is also good.
Price: max. Kaltmiete is 2,000 EUR
Furniture: kitchen is already in the flat, but the more furnished the better. Balcony would be cool.
Rent start: 01.09.2023 but ready to rent a flat earlier if it’s worth it.

What we promise:
- We are ready to present the documents confirming our financial stability, but only in person, not online
- Clearness and good flat care
- Be nice and quiet tenants

A little bit more about us:
- Both non-smokers
- Playing no music instruments at all
- travelling is our love
