1 bedroom flat for a PhD couple

Hello. My name is Sofia and my boyfriend's name is Ricardo. We are 21 years old Portuguese students. We are currently finishing our Master degree at Tilburg University (The Netherlands), but we will start a Ph.D. in Economics at Bonn Graduate School of Economics in October. We will receive a salary/scholarship starting in the first year, which is enough to cover our living costs.

We are moving to Bonn in October and we are currently looking for a cozy nice flat to live in for the next 5 years. We are looking for a fully equipped flat with one bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. We really enjoy cooking so it would be preferable if the flat had an oven and a cooker. We expect the flat to have a double bed, at least one desk, a dining area, and equipped kitchen and bathroom. We would like to live near Kaiserstraße or further away if public transports are available. The maximum we are willing to pay is 800 including utilities and internet fee.

We can provide the contact of our previous landlords as a proof of good tenancy.
